SSI 가이드가 꼽는 피지 상어 다이빙 최적 구간(6월~9월)의 마지막 달인 9월은 건기(5월~10월) 후반으로 해면이 잔잔하고 촬영 조건이 좋다. 같은 건기 동안 야사와 만타 레이 패시지 시즌(5월~10월)도 이어져 한 일정에 묶기 좋다. 유인 상어 다이빙 운영 규정과 자격 요건은 운영사별로 확인이 필요하다.
