시파단의 잔잔한 시즌(3월~6월)의 마지막 달인 6월은 매부리·푸른바다거북 산란기(4월~9월)와 겹쳐, 시파단 허가 없이도 마불·카팔라이의 얕은 하우스 리프에서 거북을 볼 확률이 올라간다. 리조트 앞 계단·제티에서 바로 들어가는 스노클과 체험 다이빙이 가능해 어린이 동반 가족에게 적합하다. 7~8월은 비와 바람이 늘어난다.
